ECT’s new online platform MyTerminal provides information about and insight into the terminal processes. MyTerminal will replace ECT's current E-Services.
MyTerminal is an online platform with operational information.
This information is real-time and allows you to optimize your container logistics. Shippers, logistics service providers and inland transport operators can track and trace import and export containers across our ECT Delta and ECT Euromax terminals. The platform also monitors the planning of various objects - deepsea vessels, feeders, inland vessels and trains - that visit our terminals. ECT temporarily offers all users the premium features of MyTerminal for free.

Yes, all users need to register for a MyTerminal account, even if you already have an account for E-Services. If you register with us you will be able to enjoy the following benefits with your MyTerminal account:
- uploaded containers/objects and all personalised settings are saved for the next time you login
- work together with colleagues within the same company profile
A MyTerminal Administrator is assigned to every company profile. The Administrator has the ability to manage the company profile and invite colleagues to MyTerminal via the settings button after logged in.
Data security has always been very important to ECT. We incorporate the latest security standards to ensure that your data is protected. We use a secure connection, where all data is encrypted and we have taken measures against data hacks. Furthermore, container PIN codes that you enter are never saved.
