Export Document Service is now live!

Export Document Service is now live!
As of today the procedure for submitting requests for adjustments to export customs documents at ECT has changed. As of December 17, 2024, the procedure is as follows:
  • The current MyTerminal functionality ‘Upload Export Documents’ is renewed and expanded with additional request options. The updated functionality is called ‘Export Document Service’. With this service, you can submit various requests for adjustments to customs documentation for a fee.
  • Requests that are sent directly to ECT via email, are no longer processed. We kindly request you to use the new ‘Export Document Service’ for this purpose.

You can use Export Document Service only for requests where at least one container of an export shipment is already present at the ECT Delta or ECT Euromax terminal. For other adjustments, Portbase services (MID en MED) can be used.
