Functionality 'cancel visit ECT Delta' via ECT-app

This functionality is only available when a truck driver is between the process points security-in and inspection-in. After inspection-in, cancellation via the ECT app is not possible and the current working method remains in force.

There are two options for cancellation:

• Exit the terminal: Press ‘Cancel and exit terminal’ and drive to security-out.
• Execute a different visit: Press ‘Cancel and execute a new visit’. Contact your planner to make changes in HCN Road Portbase and go to the RCI desk for a new visit. Changes via HCN Road may take up to 10 minutes.

With this change, we aim to improve the speed of processing and traffic flow at the ECT Delta Terminal. At a later stage, this functionality will also be made available for the ECT Euromax Terminal.
