New feature: Equipment Interchange and Condition Reports (EIR) via MyTerminal
We’re excited to announce a new functionality that allows box operators to download Equipment Interchange Reports (EIRs) for containers for both landside and waterside operations. With this new feature, box operators can now access and download EIRs anytime, anywhere and without waiting for an ECT-employee. This means 24/7 access to essential information, improving efficiency and flexibility in daily operations.
