Please note: Empty Container Delivery is only available for users with the ‘Terminal’ permission enabled.
This functionality is designed so you can immediately see whether you can deliver empty containers. This may vary by modality.
You can switch between the ‘Delta’ and ‘Euromax’ terminal by clicking on the name of the terminal. By default, the information of the Delta terminal is shown.
For each operator, you can immediately see whether empty containers can be delivered per modality. The following statuses are possible:
Green / Open: This means you can deliver.
Orange / Closure: This means it will close soon. You can also see the specific time it will close.
Orange / On request: This means you can only deliver for that modality if ECT gives permission. Hovering over the status will show you the email address of the department that can grant permission.
Red / Opens: This means it will open soon, but it’s currently closed. You can also see when it will open.
Red / Closed: This means delivery is not possible.
A combination of opening and closing times is also possible.
Additionally, you may encounter the following:
You can set notifications in order to be informed by email about a change in the empty container delivery. You can set notifications per operator and per terminal. Click on the bell icon and your notification is set.
Notifications are linked to the email address of the person that is currently logged in. If you and your colleague both want to receive notifications for the same operator & terminal, you should both create a notification.
