Premium - Changing subscription

If you have a Premium subscription you can change your payment method and your payment period at any given moment.


Change payment method & period

  1. Navigate to "MyProfile" by clicking "Account" in the top-right and navigating to "Settings"

  2. Navigate to your company Subscription settings using the navigation bar on the left

  3. You can select 'Change subscription' below your current subscription

  4. Select the payment period that you are interested in and click on 'Continue'

  5. Select the payment method that you are interested in and click on 'Continue'

5a. If you did not change your payment method, you can be prompted with a curent payment method screen again to verify that you are not making a change. Please click on 'Confirm'

  1. You will now be shown the review page, please verify that all the information is correct.
  2. Click on 'Change Premium'

Your subscription has now automatically changed to the new payment method and / or period.

If you wish to cancel your premium subscription instead. You can choose to do so by clicking on the 'Cancel Premium' button.
