My Containers

Please note: My Containers is only available for users with the ‘MyContainers’ permission enabled.

Search for containers

In My Containers, you can search for all containers that belong to your operator. Containers are displayed up until 65 days after they have left the terminal.

Select one or more filters and click ‘Search’ to get a list of your containers that match the filter criteria. You can use the following filters in your search action:

Download results as CSV

Select one or multiple filters and click the ‘Download as CSV’ button to download the list of containers as CSV.

Change filters

If you want to change the filter criteria of your container list, you can select new filters or de-select existing filters and click ‘Search’ again.

Save filters

You might have a specific combination of filter criteria that you often use. Select the filters you want to save and click the ‘Save filter’ button.

Give your filters a name and click ‘Save filter’.

The next time you want to use this set of filter criteria, click ‘My saved filters’ and select the filter set.

Container result list

In the container result list, the following columns are available:

Change columns

By default, all available columns are shown in the container result list. You can change the columns that are shown by clicking ‘Change columns’. De-select the columns you’re not interested in and click ‘Save changes’.

Block a container

Please note: Only users with the ‘Order_Blockade_Customer_Full’ or ‘Order_Blockade_Customer_Empty’ permission can block containers.

You can add the following two types of blockages to a container:

  • On request of customer
  • Off hire

Search for an expected or present container, click the 3 dots in the container row, and choose ‘Block this container’.

Choose the type of blockage you want to add and click ‘Submit’.

Removing a customer block works in the same way. Choose ‘Unblock this container’.

Confirm that you want to unblock this container by clicking ‘Submit’.

Check release number for a container

Please note: Only users with the ‘ReleaseNumberVerification’ permission enabled can check the release number for containers.

If you have received the release number for a container, you can check its validity in My Containers. Search for the container you want to check, click the three dots in the container row and choose ‘Check release number’.

Enter the release number and click ‘Submit’. The modal will indicate whether or not the entered release number is valid.
