My Voyages

Please note: My Voyages is only available for users with the ‘My Voyages’ permission enabled.

Voyage overview

In My Voyages, you can see a list of voyages for which you are object operator. Furthermore, voyages that carry your containers or for which you are partner operator.

The voyage overview is sorted as follows:

  • Object has arrived
  • Object is expected
  • Object has departed

Filter voyage overview

You can filter the voyage overview in several ways:

  • Using the search box: Type the object name or voyage number you want to search for
  • Using the modality filter: Select one or more Modality types (Deepsea, Feeder, Barge, or Rail)
  • Using the date filter: Increase or decrease the date range by clicking on the date field and choose a date

Click the ‘Search voyages’ button to apply the filters to the voyage overview.

Voyage detail

Click on a voyage in the overview to see the following details:

  • Object: Name of the object
  • Cut-off: The cut-off time for submitting containers
  • Ibnd voyage: Inbound voyage number
  • Obnd voyage: Outbound voyage number
  • Object opr: Operator of the object
  • Terminal: Main ECT terminal
  • Arrival time: Shows ‘Arrived at’ if the object has arrived or ‘Estimated arrival’ if the object is expected
  • Departure time: Shows ‘Departed at’ if the object has departed or ‘Estimated departure’ if the object has not departed yet
  • Loading/discharge progress:
    • If the object is expected: Img
    • If the object has arrived: Img
    • If the object has departed: Img
  • Cargo closing: The cargo closing date and time
  • Cargo opening: The cargo opening date and time
  • ECT voyage #: Voyage number reference for ECT
  • Object: Modality of the object
  • Service: Service code
  • Partner opr:
    • If you’re the object operator, you will see the partner operator codes, inbound and outbound voyage numbers, discharge and loading progress, and amount of problems Img
    • If you’re a partner operator, you will only see this information for your own operator code Img

Loads - Loading list

On the loading list, all containers are shown for which you are the box or partner operator. Click on a container to see detailed container information. The following columns are available in the loading list:

  • Container: Container number
  • Booking: Booking number
  • Opr: Box operator of the container
  • Le: Container length
  • Ty: Container type
  • He: Container height
  • F/E: Whether the container is full or empty
  • VGM Weight: Verified Gross Mass weight of the container
  • Inbound mot: Inbound mode of transport
  • Inbound/Outbound: Actual Time of Arrival and Actual Time of Departure
  • Status: Container status (Expected, Present, or Arrived)
  • Problems: Blockages

Loads – Filter loading list

You can filter the loading list in the following ways:

  • Use the search box to filter the list by container or booking number
  • If there are blocked containers available, you can filter the list by type of blockage by clicking on a blockage type
  • Expand the filter button to enable more filters

Loads – Download loading list as CSV

You can download the loading list as a CSV file by clicking the ‘Download entire load list as CSV’ button.

Loads – Submit VGM weight

You can submit the VGM weight for a container in two ways.

  1. Click the 3 dots in the loading list for the container and click ‘Submit VGM weight’

  1. Open the detail modal for a container, switch to the ‘Detail information’ tab and click the icon next to ‘VGM weight’.

  1. In both cases, you’ll see the following modal. Enter the VGM weight for the container and click the ‘Submit’ button. The VGM weight will be processed within several minutes.

Discharges – Discharge list

On the discharge list, all containers are shown for which you are the box or partner operator. Click on a container to see detailed container information. The following columns are available in the discharge list:

  • Container: Container number
  • Category: Container category (Import or Transhipment)
  • Opr: Box operator of the container
  • Le: Container length
  • Ty: Container type
  • He: Container height
  • F/E: Whether the container is full or empty
  • VGM Weight: Verified Gross Mass weight of the container
  • Status: Container status (Expected, Present, or Arrived)
  • Discharge planning:
    • ‘EDT’ if the container has an Estimated Discharge Time
    • ‘Discharged’ if the container is discharged
    • ‘Departed’ if the container has left the terminal

You can filter the discharge list in the following ways:

  • Use the search box to filter the list by container number
  • Expand the filter button to enable more filters
