My Voyages

Please note: My Voyages is only available for users with the ‘My Voyages’ permission enabled.

Voyage overview

In My Voyages, you can see a list of voyages for which you are object operator. Furthermore, voyages that carry your containers or for which you are partner operator.

The voyage overview is sorted as follows:

• Object has arrived
• Object is expected
• Object has departed

Filter voyage overview

You can filter the voyage overview in several ways:

Search box Type the object name or voyage number you want to search for

Status filter Select one or more object statuses (Expected, Arrived, or Departed)

Modality filter Select one or more Modality types (Deepsea, Feeder, Barge, or Rail)

Date filter Increase or decrease the date range by clicking on the date field and choose a date

Click the ‘Search voyages’ button to apply the filters to the voyage overview.

Voyage detail

Click on a voyage in the overview to see the following details:

Add partner(s)

If you’re the vessel operator, you are able to add partners by clicking the add partner button.

Select the operator you want to add as a partner from the list.

Your request for adding a partner is now in progress. Click on close to go back to the partner operators overview or click on “Go to My Orders” to go to your order page.

Loads - Loading list

On the loading list, all containers are shown for which you are the box or partner operator. Click on a container to see detailed container information.

The following columns are available in the loading list:

Loads – Filter loading list

You can filter the loading list in the following ways:

• Use the search box to filter the list by container or booking number
• If there are blocked containers available, you can filter the list by type of blockage by clicking on a blockage type
• Expand the filter button to enable more filters

Loads – Download loading list as CSV

You can download the loading list as a CSV file by clicking the ‘Download entire load list as CSV’ button.

Loads – Submit VGM weight

You can submit the VGM weight for a container in two ways.

1. Click the 3 dots in the loading list for the container and click ‘Submit VGM weight’

1. Open the detail modal for a container, switch to the ‘Detail information’ tab and click the icon next to ‘VGM weight’.

In both cases, you’ll see the following modal. Enter the VGM weight for the container and click the ‘Submit’ button. The VGM weight will be processed within several minutes.

Discharges – Discharge list

On the discharge list, all containers are shown for which you are the box or partner operator. Click on a container to see detailed container information.

The following columns are available in the discharge list:

You can filter the discharge list in the following ways:

• Use the search box to filter the list by container number
• Expand the filter button to enable more filters

Discharges – Download discharge list as CSV

You can download the discharge list as a CSV file by clicking the ‘Download entire discharge list as CSV’ button.
