Please note: The Dashboard is only available for users with the ‘Dashboard’ permission enabled.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the default landing page of MyTerminal. It provides an overview of important information and indicates whether actions are required. Which Dashboard sections are available depends on your permissions. Below are all Dashboard sections and if a section is only visible with a permission, this will be mentioned.

News feed

The news feed shows information about MyTerminal and ECT in general. Use the ‘Filter’ button to distinguish between MyTerminal and ECT news. Click on the news item to read the news article.

Service messages

The service messages section shows ECT service messages. Click on a message title to read the service message.

Present containers on our terminals

Only available for users with the ‘MyContainers’ permission enabled. The ‘Present containers on terminals’ section displays the amount of present containers with your operator code that are Full, Empty, or Blocked. Click on one of the three items to start searching in My Containers.

My saved filters

Only available for users with the ‘MyContainers’ permission enabled. If you have saved filters defined on the My Containers page, you can quickly access them from the Dashboard. Click on the title of your saved filters to start searching in My Containers.

Quick container search

Only available for users with the ‘MyVoyages’ permission enabled. This section shows information about objects that are present on one of our terminals. Click on the object to see detailed information about the voyage.

Only available for users with the ‘MyVoyages’ permission enabled. This section shows information about objects that are present on one of our terminals. Click on the object to see detailed information about the voyage.

Quick actions

Only available for users with the ‘Import’ permission enabled. Quickly go to the Import container list to add notifications or labels. For more information about setting notifications, see the notifications page. For more information about labels, see the import page.

Information blocks

Only available for users with the ‘Import’, ‘Export’, and ‘Objects’ permissions enabled. In the ‘Information’ blocks, you’ll see summarized information about the containers that you’re interested in. Clicking on one of the blocks will lead to a list with relevant information.

The container that requires attention is immediately shown in the Import container list:
