My Orders

My Orders

Please note: The 'My Orders' page is only available for users with one of the 'Order' permissions enabled. On 'My Orders', you can create Block orders and Unblock orders for multiple containers. Furthermore, you can get the status of all recent orders within your MyTerminal company.

What you are allowed to do on this page is determined by your permissions. The required permissions will be mentioned before explaining each functionality.

Create an order - Block containers

Only available for users with the 'Order Blockade Customer Full' and/or the 'Order Blockade Customer Empty' permission enabled.

To add a block to multiple containers in one action, click the 'Create an order' button and choose 'Block containers'. In the 'Block containers' modal, go through these steps:

  1. Select the terminal that belongs to the containers you want to block (Delta or EMX)
  2. Select the type of block you want to add to the containers (On request of customer or Off hire)
  3. Enter a list of up to 100 container numbers that you want to block. You can enter both container numbers that are already known on MyTerminal and containers that are unknown now, but will be known in the future.
  4. Click the 'Submit' button to submit the order
  5. The order will be processed, for more information about retrieving the status of your order, see chapter 'Order overview - Block containers'

Create an order - Unblock containers

Only available for users with the 'Order Blockade Customer Full' and/or the 'Order Blockade Customer Empty' permission enabled.

To add remove blocks of multiple containers in one action, click the 'Create an order' button and choose 'Unblock containers'. In the 'Unblock containers' modal, go through these steps:

  1. Select the terminal that belongs to the containers you want to unblock (Delta or EMX)
  2. Select the type of block you want to remove from the containers (On request of customer or Off hire)
  3. Enter a list of up to 100 container numbers that you want to unblock.
  4. Click the 'Submit' button to submit the order
  5. The order will be processed, for more information about retrieving the status of your order, see chapter 'Order overview - Unblock containers'

Order overview - Search for orders

Only available for users with the 'Order Blockade Overview' and/or 'Order VGM Overview' permission enabled.

You can search for orders in the 'Order overview', which enables you to retrieve the latest status of orders within your MyTerminal company. Use the following filters and click 'Search' to generate an overview:

  • Type of order (mandatory): Block containers, Unblock containers, or VGM weight order
  • Created by: Choose 'Everyone within my organization' if you want to see all orders or 'Myself' if you only want to see orders that you created
  • Date: Make a selection of the dates on which you want to filter the results (max. 90 days in the past)

Order overview - Information in overview

In the order overview, the following columns are available:

  • Type of order: Block containers, Unblock containers, or VGM weight
  • Amount: The amount of containers in the order
  • Reference: If the order contains only 1 container, the container number is shown. Otherwise the value is empty
  • Status:
    • Processed: All containers in the order have been successfully processed
    • Rejected: One or more containers in the order have been rejected. The number indicates how many containers are rejected.
    • In Progress: One ore more containers in the order are still being processed
  • Created at: Creation date of the order
  • Last modified: Date and time on which containers in the order have last been modified. For example if a previously unknown container has become known.

Order overview - Block containers

Click on the row of a 'Block containers' order to see the following detailed information:

  • Terminal: The main terminal for the containers in the order (DCD or EMX)
  • Type of block: The type of block on the containers in the order (On request of customer or Off hire)
  • Container: All container numbers in the order
  • Status: The status of each container:
    • Processed: The block as been added to the container
    • In progress: The container can be in progress for one of the following reasons:
      • The system is still processing the order
      • The container is not yet known within MyTerminal. In this case, we will check if the container is known once every two hours.
      • The container is submitted for the wrong terminal. In this case, the container will not be known for this terminal and the block for the container has to be added again.
    • Rejected: The block order for a container can be rejected for one of the following reasons:
      • The container already has this blockade code
      • The container belongs to a different operator than the operator of your MyTerminal company
      • The container is full, but the user who submitted the order doesn't have permission 'Order Blockade Customer Full'
      • The container is empty, but the user who submitted the order doesn't have permission 'Order Blockade Customer Empty'
      • There is an unexpected system error

Order overview - Unblock containers

Click on the row of a 'Unblock containers' order to see the following detailed information:

  • Terminal: The main terminal for the containers in the order (DCD or EMX)
  • Type of block: The type of block on the containers in the order (On request of customer or Off hire)
  • Container: All container numbers in the order
  • Status: The status of each container:
    • Processed: The block as been removed from the container
    • In progress: The system is still processing the order
    • Rejected: The unblock order for a container can be rejected for one of the following reasons:
      • The container doesn't have this type of block, but different one
      • The container doesn't have a customer block
      • The container belongs to a different operator than the operator of your MyTerminal company
      • The container is full, but the user who submitted the order doesn't have permission 'Order Blockade Customer Full'
      • The container is empty, but the user who submitted the order doesn't have permission 'Order Blockade Customer Empty'
      • There is an unexpected system error

Order overview - VGM weight order

Click on the row of a 'VGM weight' order to see the following detailed information:

  • Booking number: The number of the booking to which the container belongs
  • Container: Container number
  • Terminal: Main terminal of the container (DCD or EMX)
  • New VGM weight: The new VGM weight that has been submitted in the order
  • Status: Processed, In Progress, or Rejected
