Push notifications

It is possible to receive push notification in the ECT app about:

• Service messages
• The availability of your route plan
• The availability of interchanges

In order to receive push notifications, please check the following settings:

In the ECT app,

1. Go to "Settings" by clicking on the account icon in the top right corner
2. Go to "Notifications" and turn on the topics you want to receive notifications about.

If you are not receiving notifications it might be possible that you accidentally turned off the notifications permission in your phone settings. To allow notifications in your phone settings please follow these steps:

• Go to your phone settings
• Search for the ECT app
• Enable notifications “allow them”
