Please note: Tracked Objects is only available for users with the ‘Objects’ permission and Object Schedule is only available for users with the ‘ObjectSchedule’ permission enabled.

Tracked Objects – Navigate to Tracked Objects

Navigate to Tracked Objects by moving your mouse to ‘Objects’ in the navigation bar and click on ‘Tracked Objects’

If you’re already on the Object Schedule page, you can also navigate to Tracked Objects by clicking the ‘Go to Tracked objects’ button.

Tracked Objects – Add an object

On the Tracked Objects page, you can track the Objects you’re interested in. Add an object by clicking the ‘Search object(s)’ button. A modal opens, in which you can search for an object by typing the object name. After typing 2 characters, suggestions for matching object names will be shown.

Choose the object you’re interested in, select the relevant statuses, and click ‘Search object(s)’

Tracked Objects – Delete objects

You can delete objects you’re no longer interested in. Select one or multiple objects and click the ‘Delete’ button.

To confirm your decision, click “Yes, delete”. If you have accidentally deleted an object that you didn’t want to delete, click Cancel.

Tracked Objects – Objects list information

When you’ve added an object, the object status information is visible in the list and the information will be automatically updated. The following columns are available:

Tracked Objects – Filter objects list

Filter the objects list by using the search box. You can filter the list by Object Name, Operator Code, Visit Number, Modality, Object Status, and Terminal.

Tracked Objects – Sort objects list

You can sort the objects list by any column you want to. Click the column name to sort the list. Click again to change the sorting order from ascending to descending.

Tracked Objects – Personal and Company filters

You can filter the objects list on ‘Company’ and ‘Personal’. When the ‘Company’ filter is enabled, you’ll see all objects that are added within your company. When the ‘Personal’ filter is enabled, you’ll only see objects that you added.

Tracked Objects – Detailed object information

You can see detailed object information by clicking on an object in the list. A modal will open, in which you’ll see the following information:

On the ‘Partners’ tab, you can see the partner operators of the voyage and their respective inbound and outbound voyage numbers.

Object Schedule – Navigate to Object Schedule

Navigate to Object Schedule by moving your mouse to ‘Objects’ in the navigation bar and click on ‘Object Schedule’.

Object Schedule – Search objects

Objects are filterable by Object Name, Status, Modality, Operator, Terminal, and Date. In order to be able to search, you need to select at least one Status filter and one or more of the other filters. Click the ‘Search’ button to get a list of objects that match your criteria.

The result columns are the same as the ones described in Tracked Objects – Objects list information. Objects are sorted by arrival time.

Object Schedule – Track an object

If you want to track an object, click the star icon in the object list:

The object will now be visible in the Tracked Objects list.

Object Schedule - Detailed object status information

You can see detailed object information by clicking on an object in the list. A modal will open, in which you’ll see the following information:
