The Truck Turnaround time (TAT) is the average duration of a truck visit in the last 30 minutes. There are two ways in which truck drivers can check in. Each has its own TAT:
Do it yourself desk
The TAT if truck drivers register their container when they arrive at the terminal using the do it yourself desk
Remote check in
The TAT if truck drivers register their container before they arrive at the terminal
