MyTerminal offers many great services. Some of which are paid services.

In particular we distinguish between Subscriptions (e.g. Premium & Premium Plus), Additional Services (e.g. Export Document Services) and Truck Charges (physical terminal access).

While we try to offer many different payment methods as to make it as easy as possible for our users to use our services we do understand that an invoice can fly under the radar once in a while.

In order to help you and your colleagues we will show a warning in MyTerminal for any open invoices. However if an invoice has not been paid after 45 days days we must suspend your company from continuing to use the service.

We kindly ask everyone to pay their invoices within the time limit as to be able to continue using our paid services.

Try using one of our many direct debit options such as:

  • iDEAL
  • EPS
  • Bancontact
  • Credit card
