Click on the 'add containers' button at the upper-left of the container list. You will be directed to an input screen where you can add multiple containers. When adding multiple containers, you can paste a list of containers and PIN codes from Excel or a similar program. Duplicates of existing containers will not be added to your list.
Start by selecting the container(s) you wish to delete by ticking the checkbox to the left of them. Delete the selected container(s) by clicking the delete button at the upper-left of the container list.
It is possible that a visit of a container is not yet known in our systems. By uploading your container on MyTerminal we will automatically provide information as soon as the container is known in our systems.
Your container is currently expected to arrive at one of our terminals in the near future.
Your container is currently present on one of our terminals and will soon be available for pickup.
The container has left one of our terminals.
At this moment in time, your container is not expected to arrive at one of our terminals. The container's status will change to 'Expected' as soon as circumstances change.
This means that you will not be able to see all of your container's details until you have inputted your container's PIN code. You can input PIN codes for multiple containers at once by clicking on the 'Add containers' button at the upper-left of the containers list. This will open a dialog where you can add multiple containers. You can paste a list of containers along with theirs PIN codes from Excel or a similar program. Please note that this will not duplicate the containers in your list, it updates your existing containers with additional information.
This means that you have previously inputted an incorrect PIN code for this particular container. You will therefor not be able to access the full set of details for this container until you have submitted the correct PIN code.
We currently do not have a PIN code on record for your container and we are therefor unable to verify your submitted PIN code. As soon as the PIN code becomes available in our systems, you will receive the status "Enter PIN code".
You can now pre-announce the pick-up of your container.
Your container is ready to be picked up from one of our terminals.
EDT stands for Estimated Discharge Time. It is represented as a window during which we expect to discharge the container in question. This window will change and become more accurate as time progresses. Reasons for the EDT to change include, but are not limited to, updates of the Object's ETA and weather conditions.
An EDT is calculated and displayed to you as soon as the discharge planning is available for the container. We strive to have the EDT available at least a couple of hours before the Object's ATA. The EDT will change and become more accurate as time progresses. Reasons for the EDT to change include, but are not limited to, updates of the Object's ETA, weather conditions and operational changes.
When your container is handled on our Euromax terminal, the window will always span five hours. Two and a half hours is the case of our Delta terminal.
Not necessarily. When you add a container, the object which carries your container will automatically be added to your list on the Objects tab. You are, however, free to manually add additional objects not related to any container you have previously added to your container list.
To manually add an object you should start by clicking on "Add object" at the upper-left of the Objects tab. A dialog will then appear which allows you to quickly search for the name of the object you're interested in. After you click on Add Object, all of the object's visits will be added to your list and kept up-to-date for as long as they haven't departed.
Start by selecting the object(s) you wish to delete by ticking the checkbox to the left of them. Delete the selected object(s) by clicking the delete button at the upper-left of the object list.
We currently do not expect the object in question to arrive at any of our terminals within the next 90 days.
To add a booking you should start by clicking on "Add booking" at the upper-left of the Export tab. A dialog will then appear which allows you to enter the booking number with its respective operator. After you click on "Add booking", all of the booking's voyages will be added to your list and kept up-to-date for as long as they have not departed.
This can happen if the booking number was not entered correctly or if the booking is not (yet) known. As soon as the booking enters our systems, we will automatically update your list accordingly.
Start by selecting the voyage(s) you wish to delete by ticking the checkbox to the left of them. Delete the selected voyage(s) by clicking the delete button at the upper-left of the voyage list.
The bookingnumber is correct and registered in our systems.

Labels are a means for you to group your containers together under one label. You can add multiple labels to a single container. This makes it easier to sort or filter by a group of containers with the same label. Labels can additionally be used to distinguish between containers managed by different users or to prioritise certain containers.
Start by selecting the container(s) you wish to label by ticking the checkbox to the left of them. You can then click on the "label" button at the upper-left of the Import tab. This fly-out allows you to search for and choose from existing labels or add a new one. If you have not added any labels yet, you will be prompted to pick a name and color for your first label. By then pressing the "Add label" button, all of the containers you checked, will be labeled. Similarly, once you have added your first label, you can add additional labels to the list by clicking on the 'Add new label' button below the existing labels.
