Invoices

Please note: Invoices are only visible for employees with the "Invoices" permission enabled.

Introduction to Invoices

The invoices page gives you the possibility to view, download and pay MyTerminal invoices.

The following columns are displayed in the overview

• Date - the date the invoice was created
• Invoice number - the unique number for the invoice
• Description - the basic description for the invoice
• Amount - the amount due in Euros (€)
• Status - the current status of the invoice. This can be a "Pay now" button if it's an unpaid invoice
• Download - the download options for the invoice as PDF or CSV (only for truck charges)

You can search for a specific invoice by invoice number, description or amount due.

Additional information is available on Open invoices. By clicking on the "I" icon next to the "Pay now" button you can find name, IBAN, BIC and payment reference for the invoice.
